Gentle Knoll Stables

 

Sitting on a large 60 x 60 lot, this stables is complete with an eight-stall barn with tack room and two grooming stalls, a large sand arena, a large sand round pen, three group turn-outs, three individual turn-outs, and large runs for every stall. Four of the eight runs are larger for brood purposes. Each stall has a grain bucket and water bucket, custom nameplates, and hooks for bridles/halters. Each turn-out has hay, water, and a salt lick, and the larger turn-outs also have a ball for playing purposes. The entire property is fenced in to provide security, privacy, and safety for horses and owners. (needs only pets and base game)
